ICAD Days 5 and 6

Still working away on my ICAD cards each day....I'm trying to use what I have sitting around, like scraps of paper and the like.  I usually don't have much of a plan when I sit down to start working on my card each day.  And, most of the time I've only decided what to use at my base layer....say I found a scrap of paper with color spray on it or something like that.  Then, I just start working and go along with whatever comes to my mind.  Problems happen when I start to think about what I want to do.  I tend to over-think things and then my muse gets squished out and things rapidly go downhill from there. lol

ICAD stands for "Index Card a Day" and you can learn all about it by visiting Daisy Yellow at: http://daisyyellow.squarespace.com/icad/
Day 5

For this card, I started with some pieces that were left over from me cutting some graph paper to size to use as pages in my planner.

Day 6

For this card, I used a baby wipe that was covered with acrylic paint.  I had used this wipe the other day to rub off excess paint from a special project I was working on....(it's a video hop on YT!!! more on it soon!).  The baby wipe was dry and I just glued it to my card and went from there.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I will have an art journal page to share soon!
