Whew. What a crazy past few weeks I've had here. But, today I was able to work on some mixed-media post cards and it sure felt wonderful to push some paint around again! Both of these cards were created on a 4"x6" piece of water color paper. I picked up a couple of packs of watercolor paper from Target for around $3 and it's been working great to use as bases for ATC's (artist trading cards) and postcards.
I always put leftover paint, color sprays and modeling paste onto pieces of deli paper to use on other projects and that's what I used for these two cards. It's a great way to make the most of your supplies and it's also fun to use pieces of paint covered deli paper as inspiration to start a new project. It helps get rid of that "fear of a blank page".
Thanks so much for stopping by!!!
Take care,
Dianne
