Catching up with my ICAD's :-)

Hello everyone!  It's been a stormy morning today and I've got so many things that I need to get caught up on.  I pinched a major nerve in my shoulder before Memorial Day and then pinched it again a week or so later and it's really knocked me off my feet!  So, needless to say, there is A LOT around here that I've let laundry...ugh...and most of all my ICAD's.  ;-)

I'm feeling much better, but still struggle with sitting at my computer typing, so that's put a halt on my updates here.  But, I was finally able to put my art area back together (it was totally moved around by the electric guy who had to put wiring down in our basement) and I have been cranking out my cards fast these past few days.  I'm almost caught up!  Now, I know that there is no being behind with this project and supposed to be no stress, etc....but I really want to have a card for each day.  And, I really LOVE making them, so I'm having lots of fun making several cards in one sitting.  I think I have 4 to go and I will be "caught up" and I'm hoping to get those done today.

I am also working on a video share to answer a few questions that I have been asked about my ICAD's, mainly, where I get my inspiration.  So be on a look out for that! :-)  I was also going to talk about what I'm doing with my cards, another question that I get a lot, but I forgot. duh.  So, I hope to sit down soon and do a quick video on that.

So, here is a peek of what I've been doing all weekend!  I did record videos of my making most of these cards and you can find them on my YouTube page here.

Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope that you have a wonderful week!

  1. I'm so glad you left your blog site! I haven't seen these on ICAD and the are Wonderful! Hope you can get them posted so everyone can share! Looking forward to seeing more!

  2. Same as Molly. These are gorgeous - I especially love the last two - the Trace of Apprehension one is just delicious!

  3. WOW!!! Each one is prettier than the one before it!! I just want to pet (or lick, hehe) all of the gorgeous colors and textures! Sending prayers right now (can I get an Amen?) for your shoulder too. Take it slow and let it heal **she says with a mom attitude**

  4. love the colors in this batch...especially like the "daydreaming" card with luscious colors and textures :-)

Thanks so much for taking the time to visit my blog and to leave me a comment! I really do appreciate it and hope that you come back and visit me again soon! Take care and God Bless! di
